UWEX Tech Support Hours March 23 – 30

UWEX Technical Support will offer limited hours of support during the week of March 23 through March 30.

  • Saturday, March 23: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 24: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Monday, March 25 – Friday, March 29: 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 30: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 31: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. (normal hours)

All times listed are Central Time.

Thanksgiving Week and Weekend Hours

UWEX Technical Support will offer the below hours for service during the week of November 20. All times are Central Standard Time.

  • Monday, November 20: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 21: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Wednesday, November 22: 7 a.m. 11 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 23 (Thanksgiving): CLOSED
  • Friday, November 24: 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 25: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, November 26: 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.

 

PortalGuard Maintenance 11/7

On Tuesday November 7th at 7am CST there will be scheduled maintenance of the password management portal, and this will last up to 4 hours. If you are an Independent Learning student or a UW Flex SUDS student you will not be able to change your password during this period. Please check back here for updates on when the work has been completed. If you experience any issues with changing your password after this period please let us know. Thank you!

Planned Virtual Lab SQL Server Maintenance

There will be a planned maintenance of Virtual Lab servers on Monday, August 28th starting at 7:00am CST until 9:00am CST. During this time if you are accessing the Virtual Lab you may get disconnected. If you experience any issues with accessing the Virtual Lab after 9:00am CT please reach out to us by phone or by filling out the form to the right. Thank you!

Planned Canvas Maintenance 8/3

Canvas will be undergoing a planned maintenance event beginning on Thursday August 3rd at 1:05am CT and is expected to last up to 15 minutes, however it is possible the event may last until 3:05am CT. Canvas access will be unavailable during this time. If you cannot access Canvas past the maintenance window please submit a ticket via our form on this page. Thank you!
