The Virtual Lab will be undergoing a brief maintenance period starting July 7th at 7:00am CT. During the outage you may be disconnected from the Lab if you were logged on prior to 7:00am, but new connections past 7:00am should be unaffected. If you experience any issues past 7:00am CT please reach out via ticket or phone call.

Virtual Lab Database Server Maintenance May 18
On May 18, there will be some maintenance performed on the Database Servers in the Virtual Lab. Databases in the Virtual Lab will be unavailable from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Central Time. Please refrain from using the Lab during this time.
Virtual Lab Maintenance May 11
On Thursday, May 11, the Virtual Lab will be undergoing maintenance beginning at 8 a.m. and lasting until 10 a.m. Central Time. The Virtual Lab may not be available during this time, so it will be best to avoid logging in during that time.
Tech Support Hours January 3 – 16
UWEX Technical Support will offer limited hours from January 3 through January 16:
- Mondays – Fridays: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (please note our office is closed Monday, January 2)
- Saturdays and Sundays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
January 16: CLOSED for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Regular hours (7 a.m. – 11 p.m.) resume Tuesday, January 17
