Technical Support will offer different hours between December 21 and January 21. Updated hours are below; all times listed are Central Time.

Saturday and Sunday, December 21 and 22: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday, December 23: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 and 25: CLOSED
Thursday and Friday, December 26 and 27: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, December 28 and 29: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday, December 30: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Tuesday and Wednesday, December 31 and January 1: CLOSED
Thursday and Friday, January 2 and 3: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, January 4 and 5: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday to Friday, January 6 to 10: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, January 11 and 12: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday to Friday, January 13 to 17: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, January 18 and 19: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, January 20: CLOSED
Tuesday, January 21: Resume normal hours

Thanksgiving Weekend Technical Support Hours

Technical Support Help Desk operating hours will be reduced on Thanksgiving and in the following days as outlined below:

Thursday (11/28): Closed
Friday (11/29): 8am – 6pm
Saturday (11/30): 7am – 11pm
Sunday (12/01): 7am – 11pm

We will resume standard operating hours (7am-11pm) on Monday, December 2nd.

Virtual Lab Outage – RESOLVED – Friday November 15, 2024

The Virtual Lab experienced an outage from 2:45pm to 4:00pm Central Time. The issue has been resolved. If users experience issues logging in, it is recommended that they restart their machine and attempt logging in again. If this does not work, please contact Technical Support.
