UWEX Tech Support Hours March 23 – 30

UWEX Technical Support will offer limited hours of support during the week of March 23 through March 30.

  • Saturday, March 23: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 24: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Monday, March 25 – Friday, March 29: 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 30: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 31: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. (normal hours)

All times listed are Central Time.

Thanksgiving Week and Weekend Hours

UWEX Technical Support will offer the below hours for service during the week of November 20. All times are Central Standard Time.

  • Monday, November 20: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Tuesday, November 21: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Wednesday, November 22: 7 a.m. 11 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 23 (Thanksgiving): CLOSED
  • Friday, November 24: 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 25: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, November 26: 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.

 

Planned Canvas Maintenance 8/3

Canvas will be undergoing a planned maintenance event beginning on Thursday August 3rd at 1:05am CT and is expected to last up to 15 minutes, however it is possible the event may last until 3:05am CT. Canvas access will be unavailable during this time. If you cannot access Canvas past the maintenance window please submit a ticket via our form on this page. Thank you!

Tech Support Hours January 3 – 16

UWEX Technical Support will offer limited hours from January 3 through January 16:

  • Mondays – Fridays: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (please note our office is closed Monday, January 2)
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

January 16: CLOSED for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Regular hours (7 a.m. – 11 p.m.) resume Tuesday, January 17

Virtual Lab Maintenance Friday, December 9

The Virtual Lab will be unavailable on Friday, December 9, from noon to 2 p.m. Central Time due to scheduled maintenance. Please avoid logging in or working in the Lab during that time.
