UWEX Technical Support will offer limited hours from January 3 through January 16:
- Mondays – Fridays: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (please note our office is closed Monday, January 2)
- Saturdays and Sundays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Tech Support Ticketing System Change November 9, 2022
Tech Support will be changing ticketing systems at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
If you have a ticket that was created on or before 2 p.m., November 9, you will receive a new ticket number via email. Please keep an eye out for that update and reply to that email with any updates or information as requested.
Tech Support Thanksgiving Hours 2022
Tech Support will offer limited availability during the weekend of the Thanksgiving holiday. Please see below:
- Thursday, Thanksgiving (November 24): Closed
- Friday (November 25): 8am – 6pm
- Saturday (November 26): 8am – 9pm
- Sunday (November 27): 9am – 11pm
