On Sunday, September 25, from 9 a.m. until about noon. During this time, Independent Learning students will be unable to access their IL Student Accounts (transcripts, extensions, etc.) and will be unable to enroll in courses.
We expect access to be restored fully by noon on Sunday, September 25.
There will be maintenance performed on the Virtual Lab from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, August 25. Please do not log into the Virtual Lab or try to complete any work in the Lab during that time.
RESOLVED:
Please be aware that MyLab Math is currently experiencing an outage. Students may experience an error stating “Unable to load course cards.” Please refer to Pearson Support’s status page for more information.
On Friday, August 19, the Virtual Lab will undergo scheduled maintenance from approximately 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time. Please avoid logging into the Lab during that time.
10:11 a.m. UPDATE: The outage appears to be resolved. Please let us know if you experience further issues with the Virtual Lab.
The Virtual Lab is currently experiencing an outage of service. Technicians are actively working on resolving the issue.
