Maintenance will be performed on videos in all Canvas courses starting Monday, June 8, through Wednesday, June 10. During this time, you may experience a disruption in being able to access videos, but transcripts will still be available. If you do experience difficulties accessing videos in your course, please try again later. The disruption should not take the entire three days per video; you should be able to access that video later in the day.

Ticket Form Issue
The web form is currently experiencing an issue that we are aware of and looking into. If you submit a ticket and get a reply that the message has been rolled back (or you get no reply at all) please direct your request via our phone line or check out the Knowledge Base articles for self-help.
Permission Number Site and IL Grading Site Maintenance
On Thursday, May 7, maintenance will be performed on the permission number sites and the IL grading site. During this time, students will be unable to access the permission number site for their program and Independent Learning instructors will be unable to enter grades into the LPV.
Maintenance is expected to begin at 7 p.m. and conclude by 8 p.m.
Canvas Maintenance Tuesday, April 28
Maintenance for Canvas is scheduled to occur at 12:30 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, April 28. There is expected to be a brief window of time when Canvas will be unavailable to users. Please schedule any work or exams to occur outside that time. Canvas is expected to be available again after about half an hour.
