D2L Outage Friday, April 6

3:00 p.m. UPDATE: D2L is up and running, however, users may find that service is somewhat slower or sub-optimal for now. We appreciate your continued patience as our technicians work to fully resolve the issue.

D2L service is unavailable as of  about 1:15 p.m. today. Users will see a notice about server maintenance. D2L Technologists are investigating the situation and we will provide more information as it becomes available.

D2L and PRISM Slowdown

April 2, 2018

PRISM and D2l  services were restored to normal function at 9:30 PM this evening, April 2, 2018.

Another update on network issue 8:15 PM: The connectivity issues remain intermittent.  Technologists from DoIT continue to investigate for root cause.

We will keep you posted on further updates.

We are experiencing intermittent host connectivity loss at DoIT’s network, impacting PRISM and D2L with delayed  response time.

When this will be resolved is unknown at this time but we shall post updates as they are received.

D2L Content Not Loading

March 15, 2018

Learn@UW is currently experiencing issues with some content within courses. We will continue to update this page with additional information as it becomes available. Currently, all UW campuses are reporting this issue.

D2L Errors When Using Firefox

February 28, 2018

UPDATE: D2L is functioning normally once more.

D2L is currently experiencing issues when loading in the Firefox browser. Other browsers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, etc.) are working, so we encourage you to try loading D2L using them. If you experience troubles using another browser, please submit a ticket and our Tech Support Team will look into it. Thank you!

Planned D2L Maintenance Outages March 15 & March 22
