Brief Outage of Registration Sites

Starting at 8pm CT on December 18th the following sites will be temporarily unavailable for roughly an hour due to required maintenance to our network:

admin.wlearn.com, register.wlearn.com, and uwexdata.wisconsin.edu

Please check back here for updates if you attempt to access any of the above sites and they are not working as expected.

UWEX Tech Support Holiday Hours

UWEX Tech Support will offer modified hours over the holiday season. Please see the schedule below:

  • December 23 – 8am – 6:30pm
  • December 24 and December 25 – CLOSED
  • December 26 and December 27 – 8am – 6pm
  • December 28 -December 30 – 8am – 7pm
  • December 31 and January 1 – CLOSED
  • January 2 and January 3 – 8am – 6pm

We will return to our normal business hours on January 4.

Multiple System Outages November 20 into November 21

There will be a planned maintenance event beginning the evening of Friday, November 20, lasting through the morning of Saturday, November 21. This outage will affect several systems. Please read the below list to identify if you will be affected.

  • Canvas Access for Independent Learning (IL) and Substance Use Disorders Certificate (SUD-C) students only
  • Calls to Success Coaches, Admissions, Financial Aid, the UWEX Registrar, and Tech Support
  • Permission Number Site access for all programs
  • Flexible Option Student Admission Portal (my.uwex.edu)
  • IL grade entry (IL instructors only)

During the above time period, you will not be able to access any of the above systems. Please arrange your time so that you can do your necessary work outside of the times of the outage.

Tech Support Thanksgiving Hours

Tech Support will offer limited availability during the weekend of the Thanksgiving holiday. Please see below:

  • Thursday 11/26/2020 – Closed (Thanksgiving Day)
  • Friday 11/27/2020 – 8 am to 7 pm
  • Saturday 11/28/2020 – 8 am to 9 pm
  • Sunday 11/29/2020 – 9 am to 11 pm

Brief Outage of Registration Sites and IL grading site Thursday, November 19

On Tuesday, November 10, from approximately 8 to 8:30 p.m. Central Time, the permission number sites and IL grading site will be unavailable. Please avoid using those sites at that time. If you run into difficulties outside of that time, please let us know by submitting the form to the right or calling us.
