10/1/18 UPDATE: This issue appears to be resolved. If you continue to experience difficulties resetting your D2L password, please feel free to submit a ticket and we will be happy to look into it further.
We have become aware that students using Gmail e-mail addresses are experiencing difficulties with the following tasks:
- Receiving password reset links from D2L
- Responding to tickets submitted using the form to the right
If you need to reset your password in D2L and your D2L account is connected to a Gmail account, please submit a ticket to Tech Support with a different (non-gmail) e-mail address and we will be happy to update your account in D2L which should allow you to change your password.
If you need to submit a ticket to Tech Support, please consider using a non-Gmail e-mail address for now. Campus e-mail addresses are recommended whenever possible.
