Flex BSBA and AAS January Subscription Period Course Access

Some students are unable to see their January subscription period courses in Canvas. We are working on resolving the issue and will post updates as they develop.

Holiday Tech Support Hours 2019/2020

UWEX Tech Support will be available on a reduced schedule from Monday, December 23, through Wednesday, January 1. The hours of operation are below.

  • Monday, December 23: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 24: CLOSED
  • Wednesday, December 25: CLOSED
  • Thursday, December 26: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Friday, December 27: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 28: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (phone support only)
  • Sunday, December 29: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.(phone support only)
  • Monday, December 30: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 31: CLOSED
  • Wednesday, January 1: CLOSED
  • Thursday, January 2: 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. (regular business hours)

All times are Central Standard Time.

Thanksgiving hours

UWEX Tech Support hours will be somewhat shortened for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Please see hours below. All times are in Central Time.

  • Wednesday, November 27: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 28: CLOSED
  • Friday, November 29: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 30: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, December 1: 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Planned Canvas Maintenance December 3

Canvas will be undergoing maintenance on Tuesday, December 3, from approximately 2:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. Central Time. You will not be able to log into Canvas at this time. Please schedule any work or studying you plan to do around this outage to avoid issues.

If you encounter difficulties logging into Canvas outside of this time, we will be happy to help.

OCRS Site Planned Outage

The Permission Number site will be temporarily unavailable Tuesday, November 12th, from approximately 6:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., due to scheduled maintenance.
