All media (videos, pictures, slideshows, etc.) in Canvas courses is very slow right now due to a server outage. This outage also affects all UWEX program websites and this Tech Support site. We appreciate your patience as technicians actively work to resolve the issue.
Right now, you can expect long, slow load times of pages that are connected to your UWEX course(s). We will post updates as they develop.
Our offices will be closed Monday, January 20, for the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. We will respond to all tickets and voicemails as soon as possible on Tuesday, January 21.
Access to Canvas may be interrupted between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. (Central Time) on Sunday, January 12. Please avoid logging in during this time to ensure no work is lost.
UPDATE: This has been resolved as of 1/10/20.
Students in Flex MAT 105 and BUS 201 for the January 2020 subscription period may experience difficulties accessing ALEKS.
UWEX is working on resolving the issue and will post updates as they develop.
