The permission number sites and the Independent Learning instructor grade-entry site will be unavailable Saturday, November 17th, from approximately 8 p.m. until about 6 a.m. Sunday, November 18th, due to scheduled maintenance.
During this time, students in the Applied Computing, BSN-LINC, Data Science, Health Information Management and Technology, Health and Wellness Management, Healthcare Administration, and Sustainable Management programs will be unable to request or obtain permission numbers.
Also during this time, Independent Learning instructors will be unable to enter Independent Learning grades.
We expect functionality to return around 6 a.m. Sunday morning. If you experience difficulties outside the time frame listed above, please reach out to Tech Support by submitting the form to the right.

Data Science and Applied Computing students have encountered difficulties working with Excel data in Tableau within the Virtual Lab. We have escalated this to the Virtual Lab technicians and will post updates here as we receive them. If you are encountering this issue for an assignment due soon, you may want to connect with your instructor.

10/1/18 UPDATE: This issue appears to be resolved. If you continue to experience difficulties resetting your D2L password, please feel free to submit a ticket and we will be happy to look into it further.
We have become aware that students using Gmail e-mail addresses are experiencing difficulties with the following tasks:
- Receiving password reset links from D2L
- Responding to tickets submitted using the form to the right
If you need to reset your password in D2L and your D2L account is connected to a Gmail account, please submit a ticket to Tech Support with a different (non-gmail) e-mail address and we will be happy to update your account in D2L which should allow you to change your password.
If you need to submit a ticket to Tech Support, please consider using a non-Gmail e-mail address for now. Campus e-mail addresses are recommended whenever possible.
