Tech Support Ticketing System Change November 9, 2022
Tech Support will be changing ticketing systems at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.
If you have a ticket that was created on or before 2 p.m., November 9, you will receive a new ticket number via email. Please keep an eye out for that update and reply to that email with any updates or information as requested.
Tech Support Thanksgiving Hours 2022
Tech Support will offer limited availability during the weekend of the Thanksgiving holiday. Please see below:
- Thursday, Thanksgiving (November 24): Closed
- Friday (November 25): 8am – 6pm
- Saturday (November 26): 8am – 9pm
- Sunday (November 27): 9am – 11pm
Regular hours (7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 7 days per week) will resume Monday, November 28.
Virtual Lab Issues week of October 17
RESOLUTION UPDATE: Oct 19, 2:00 p.m.: The Virtual Lab environment continues to work as expected, and UWEX staff continue to monitor. One of the service providers for the Virtual Lab had a nation-wide outage on Tuesday. Please continue to save often and back up your work.
RESOLUTION: Oct 18, 8:30 p.m.: The issue appears to be resolved, but we are continuing to monitor. Please be sure to back up your work and save often.
Initial Post: Oct 18, 4 p.m.: The Virtual Lab is experiencing an outage. Engineers are actively working on resolving the issue. We will post updates as they develop.
