Diversity Program Development Initiative – Call for Proposals

Announcing a call for proposals for the Diversity Program Development Initiative (DPDI). Funding is for up to $10,000 for FY 11. These awards are limited to continuing education programmers at University of Wisconsin institutions to develop pilot programs (new to the campus) that help advance goals of diversity and inclusivity. Applicants must have a community partner from the target population. Proposals are evaluated on program need, goals, innovation and creativity, implementation, assessment/evaluation, and sustainability. A campus continuing education unit can submit more than one proposal. In the past, 4-6 programs have been funded per year – sometimes two per campus.

Applications are submitted entirely online and are due March 5, 2010, 4:30 PM. For more information or to apply go to: http://www.uwex.edu/ics/cegrant/dpdi.cfm
